Show up at 4:00 PM. This is not 4:00 Jewish time; we really plan to start shortly thereafter. The Ketubah will be signed at 4:30ish, and the ceremony under the Chuppah will take place from 4:45 to 5:30 or so. Appetizers will follow the ceremony. Dinner, Birkat Hamazon, and dancing will be next. We hope you will stay for dancing for a long time after that. Remember it is a mitzvah to dance at a wedding! |

We love children. David has four of them. We welcome them to all the rest of the festivities. The wedding, however, is an adult event, at which they would not be comfortable. In addition, we have limited seating, so we ask all our guests to please make arrangements for their children to be taken care of at home. For our out-of-town guests, we have made special arrangements. |

No shoes, no shirt - no service. Believe it or not, this will be a fancy event. Men will not be wearing black-tie, but suits and dresses would be appropriate. You need not feel restrained by traditional gender restrictions, and can choose whichever of these suits you. Coat check will be available. Go ahead and wear boots if it snows, they can be checked – but remember to bring those dancing shoes! |

Henderson House, and the Weston Fire Department, will allow us to seat 102 people. We have invited 100 people. If unexpected guests show up, there will not be enough seats, and someone will have to eat standing up. |
Dinner will be buffet. We don't wish to tell people when, what and how much they should eat. Most of the food will be vegetarian, with fish also available. David's kashrut policy will be followed – kosher by ingredient. Thus there will be no non-kosher meat, and all the food will be parve or dairy, but nothing will have rabbinic supervision. |
We want everyone to have a good time all weekend, but especially at the wedding. So if for any reason you would prefer carbonated cider or non-alcoholic champagne or wine to the champagne or wine served, just ask. It's available. |
Instrumental music during the ceremony will be performed by David Gilfix (an old buddy, who owes us, for doing the photography at his wedding), on classical guitar, and Leslie Seid Margolis (Bonnie's cousin) on flute. The singers will be Lauren Rose, Jim Propp and Sandi Gubin (who are getting married 8 months after us), David Osofsky and Natasha Shabat. |
